I started working as a Floor manager with Westlake on September 26, 2011, in Midland , Texas . In November of 2012, I transferred to Odessa Texas as a Floor Manager and was promoted to General Manager in May of 2014. I have been in the retail business for about 25 yrs in total.

I was looking for a short list of items for the job and I came across no fewer than four very friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable employees, the most memorable of whom is George the shift leader. First time in this store but felt right at home.
